Why an aerobic workout?
Strength training utilises Calories, but not nearly enough to burn significant amounts of fat. Maintaining a thick layer of fat over your muscles will conceal your developing muscles.
Burning more calories than you eat is the only way to reduce the thickness of that fat layer. And while it’s possible to “spot train” specific muscles, “spot reducing” is next to impossible. The simplest way to burn the calories is aerobic exercise!
The aerobic exercise offered with a Kickbike, is equivalent to a very high intensity workout at a gym, but a lot more enjoyable.
